For a variety of reasons, many people are not able to commit themselves to attending nightschool every week during the winter months. They are therefore unable to complete the Day Skipper or Yachtmaster shorebased programme, without which the practical courses become much more difficult.

At Team Sailing, we can overcome this by providing an intensive residential course.

Intensive residential course

This takes place in the classroom ar Haslar Marina:

• Over five days, from Monday to Friday, at a cost of £340*.
• Day Skipper courses will commence on the first Monday of the month, and Coastal Skipper/Yachtmaster courses on the third Monday of the month.
• With group bookings of three or more, the course can be tailor-made to suit your availablility, at times which are mutually convenient. The cost will be determined by the precise arrangements which are agreed.

*This includes the RYA course pack, together with on-board accomodation. You will need to bring the following with you (though we can provide these at a cost of £25):

• Breton plotter
• Dividers
• Pencils and rubber
• Notepad
   

VHF/DSC radio course

This course also takes place in the classroom at Haslar Marina:
